To ensure a Long-lasting,

High-quality Product:

Color enhanced mulches should be installed on a sunny day and when there is no rain in the forecast for at least 48 to 72 hours. Any colored mulch needs time to cure after it has been spread out on your landscaping. Lack of exposure to the sun and high humidity levels can also effect the time it takes for colored mulch to cure.

Recommended depth for initial installation is 4".

To prevent staining, bulk mulch should be placed on-top of a tarp if it is being stored temporarily on your driveway.

How Sylva Mulch Is Made.jpg
  • Mulch protects plants' roots by providing a buffer from both heat and cold temperatures.

  • Mulch asissts in keeping weeds out to prevent root competition.

  • Prevent soil compaction and erosion.

  • Mulch is used for shrubs, trees, flowerbeds, and vegetable gardens.

  • Shredded mulch is good for all kinds of landscaping projects.

  • Chipped mulch is best on flat landscaping beds as it is a lighter material and is more likely to move on hillsides or large slopes.
